The person in the picture looks to me very familiar. Post another picture with his face in full view. He looks @ Peace with himself and the world around him. Good Soul I bet. BTW I lived in Madras (Edward Elliots Rd) across from the then vice-president of India in the 60's. Wish him well and long life.
